Shine Talent Group has hired Manar El Mugammar as its first-ever chief operations officer. She will be responsible for translating Shine’s strategic objectives into operational plans and actions. El Mugammar has 15 years of experience in operations and finance, having previously served as COO at RocketBarn.
In her new position at Shine Talent Group, El Mugammar’s main focus will be on driving operational efficiency, managing risk and cost as well as building a foundation for scalability. She will be in charge of performance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration and leadership development.
El Mugammar’s appointment follows a year of substantial growth for Shine Talent Group. The company expanded from 18 to 60 full-time team members from January 2022 to June 2023, and it achieved 86 percent year-over-year revenue growth in December 2022.
Shine Talent Group claims to be the first influencer talent management agency with teams in the U.S., Canada and the U.K., and it recently opened a hub in New York City. In her new role, El Mugammar is expected to contribute to the company’s continued success and create sustainable change as it expands.
