At one point of another we all wake up on a Monday morning dreading about going to work. At one point or another, with a job we all feel this way. And we ask ourselves why aren’t we doing what we love to do? Why aren’t we painting, skating, drawing, or just plain dreaming? But how grand would it be that we do something we love, that we feel passionate about. So much that we dread going to sleep after work, and wake up with a deep desire to get back into that office.
Here at Royal Pioneers we feel passionate about what we do. We don’t see ourselves as Tech, Trade, Quality control, or Service Company. We are a “solutions company for international trade”. Whatever we do, we never sway away from our core mission, which is to offer online and offline solutions for international trade.
Once I spoke to one of my most senior employee, and he told me, “I cannot work with being passionate, and that’s why I’m still here”. And perhaps one may think it is strange to be passionate about Quality Control, or Factory Audits, but he didn’t see it as that, but as a service that in his own way can change the world for the better.
This is our “Passion in the Work Place”, passionate about changing the world in our own way for the better. This is our own humble dance with destiny. Share yours, we would love to hear it.
