Surf Air Mobility to go public. The hybrid-electric aircraft powertrain company plans to list stock on the New York Stock Exchange in an upcoming initial public offering. Clio hired a new CPO. Legal tech platform Clio announced the appointment of Hemant Kashyap as its new chief product officer.
