In the wake of the recent JOBS Act’s Regulation A+ and Regulation Crowdfunding, capital raising for startups has completely changed. Now that companies can now raise up to $50 million from both accredited and non-accredited investors under Regulation A+, there are a lot of questions regarding the JOBS Act that needs answering. The event will feature Eric Sibbitt, a partner with O’Melveny & Myers LLP, and Howard Marks co-founder and executive ehairman with StartEngine.
