What are your recent notable successes? Developing and launching Instantly Product Watch, the first-ever monitoring and alerts tool that allows consumer packaged goods brands to track newly launched products in grocery stores.
What is the company past time? We stay active with monthly outings that foster team building. Past events include laser tag, rock climbing, team dinners and go-kart racing. We also emphasize health and wellness and recently went offsite for a day of food, fun and friendly competition during our Summer Wellness Event.

What's your company's local watering hole? The Brass Monkey after our All-Hands meetings for some Karaoke.

What do you consider the best company perk? Many of our employees have the opportunity to earn equity in the company — a perk that few startups offer when they start to really scale. We like to include equity as a significant piece of our offers so people have skin in the game with considerable upside.
How many employees do you have now? How many more do you plan on hiring? We have 700 employees now and we're hiring 300 to be at 1,000 by year-end.

What do you consider the best company perk? We don’t have employees we have RSfam members. Everyone is empowered to work on their own projects and be their own boss.

What are your recent notable successes? Carly Rae Jepson and her #RunAwayWithMe campaign launched on Flipagram and TIDAL joined platform.

What are your recent notable successes? We named Steve Parrott as our new CEO and established 12,000 square foot Calabasas office to foster R&D to build a new B2C product. We were also named one of the Top 50 most visited website in the US with 38 million unique users/month.
What is the company watering hole or past time? Pedaler's Fork. We have very competitive old school arcade game rivalries, everyone vs the CEO.

What is the company watering hole or past time? We don't have to go far. Fully stocked bar in our company lounge with 32 games on the table top arcade machine.

How many employees are you hiring this year? We plan to hire additional 25 in LA office through the end of the year; We currently have about 250 employees in Woodland Hills and 950 nationwide
What is the company watering hole or past time? You can find a lot of our employees at The Local Peasant in Woodland Hills after work.

What are your recent notable successes? We have been growing like crazy, adding thousands of customers each week and continuing to add talented people to our team. We also opened up our own warehouse so we can handle fulfillment in-house.
What is the company watering hole or past time? LA is such a fun and vibrant city to be in. We have quarterly team outings to fun LA-area activities ranging from Dodger games to team happy hours at local restaurants and bars.

What are your recent notable successes? We raised $9M in a series A, and have launched campaigns with Star Trek, Jon Stewart, the Walking Dead, Call of Duty and others.
What do you consider the best company perk? Service trips: at their 2 year mark employees can go on an expenses paid trip anywhere in the world to volunteer for a week.

What is the company watering hole or past time? Hanging around a recent addition to the kitchen— the office Kegerator!
What do you consider the best company perk? It's hard to pick one! Besides our flexible paid time off policy, probably everyone's favorite day of the week is Thursday when we have our catered company lunch.
