The LA-based mobile gaming company partnered with Ellen DeGeneres and 20 YouTube stars to donate up to $250,000 to one of seven charities.
Participants in "Race Against Slime 2" are divided into seven different teams representing Hope for Holt, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, charity: water, Malaria No More, Oceana, SpecialEffect and War Child. The team who donates the most defeated Slugs in the limited edition holiday levels of the game wins the prize for their charity.
With YouTube celebrities like PewDiePie, Markplier, Hayes Grier and Rebecca Black participating, the group has a combined following of over 100 million YouTube subscribers.
This is Seriously's second straight year running the competition. In 2014 they donated a total of $50,000 to Malaria No More.
