Race and gender obviously play a large role in diversity but more important than these two factors is this: "The color of your ideology". Diversity at this level is what drives innovation. It's what challenges our perceptions and acceptance of what is and allows us to imagine and create a new reality. It can simultaneously drive, force and facilitate innovation.
