Deloitte’s 2024 Technology Fast 500 List Featured 25 LA Companies

Digital media company Gamefam ranked the highest in Los Angeles this year, with 6,390 percent growth.

Deloitte, a global accounting and consulting firm, released its 2024 Technology Fast 500 list. The ranking features the fastest-growing technology and life sciences companies in North America. The 30th annual list featured 25 companies from LA and Orange County. Last year’s list featured 28 companies.

Companies on the list were chosen based on their fiscal year revenue growth between 2020 and 2023 and ranked based on their percentage growth rate. Overall, the companies featured achieved revenue growth ranging from 201 percent to 153,625 percent over this three-year period. The technology sector, as well as the media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech and energy tech industries, are represented on the list.

“As a center for innovation, especially in technology, media, entertainment and life sciences, it's fantastic to acknowledge the winners of the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program in Los Angeles and Orange County for their outstanding performance in these fields,” Terry Feit, Los Angeles managing partner at Deloitte, said in a statement.

Ranked #73, 1,900% Growth

Fun Express, or FunEx, operates a digital platform where employees can book discounted tickets to theme parks. It also offers tickets for hotels, as well as events and activities such as live shows, water parks, museums, zoos, aquariums, day cruises, wine tours and more. The Irvine-based perk company provides discounts of up to 55 percent to employees of U.S. corporations.

 

Ranked #62, 2,276% Growth

Boulevard develops client experience software for appointment-based businesses like hair salons, medspas and similar self-care businesses. The company provides personalized solutions for integrating online appointment scheduling, business management, marketing and payment technology. Last year, Boulevard was ranked 65 on Deloitte’s Fast 500 list. The company launched a financing solution for its business clients back in March.

 

Ranked #54, 2,566% Growth

PatientFi equips medical practices with payments technology that lets them offer patients affordable alternatives to out-of-pocket expenses. Patients can take advantage of monthly payment plans and subscription memberships to access fertility treatments more easily. The company recently partnered with EngagedMD to help clinics proactively educate their patients on fertility care options funding.

 

Ranked #34, 5,215% Growth

Postal is a digital gifting platform that lets companies send gifts to prospects, customers, employees and partners. Its marketplace features thousands of vetted gift options as well as customizable swag offerings and tools to enable automated outreach. Postal’s solution integrates with a company’s existing tech stack to help them leverage helpful data and insights on customer accounts.

 

Ranked #30, 6,390% Growth

Gamefam is a media company that works with brands to deliver metaverse gaming experiences. The company delivers strategies, campaigns and games across platforms like Roblox and Fortnite. Gamefam works with intellectual property partners including Paramount, Warner Music Group, the NFL, Mattel, Sony, Sega and others. The studio secured a $25 million round of funding in March to expand its team.
