Apica Systems recently announced the acquisition of LOGIQ.AI, a data fabric innovator, and the completion of a $10 million funding round. This acquisition and new financing will help Apica continue delivering flexible observability solutions as well as develop new capabilities for its enterprise customers.
LOGIQ.AI will integrate into Apica’s observability solution, Apica Ascent. The platform aims to provide users with complete data pipeline control, a unified view of all information and infinite storage at a low cost.
The acquisition and additional funding will help Apica deliver an offering that combines observability and synthetic monitoring with the goal of helping customers contextualize their business data. The company hopes to to deliver active observability, automated root cause analysis and advanced data management to help companies bridge gaps in analysis.
LOGIQ.AI’s capabilities will be integrated into the Ascent platform and deployed to Apica’s existing customers in Q3 of 2023.
