Describe your company culture in one word. What made you pick that word?
One word that describes our company culture is “dynamic.” I had never been around so many driven individuals before I joined the FloQast team. During my time here, growth has always been at the forefront of many initiatives as we’ve grown our product suite, enhanced our workforce and emphasized individual skills. What’s the coolest project you've worked on recently, and how did it help you grow professionally?
The best project I’ve worked on at FloQast has been and will continue to be scaling our inside sales team. It is such a high-impact team for us, and it feeds into so many other departments within our organization. We have VPs and directors who started as BDRs at FloQast! To be in a position where I can recruit top talent, help them through the interview process and cheer them on from the sidelines while they crush it in their roles is beyond rewarding. Full-cycle recruiting may seem daunting, but it is the most fulfilling experience I’ve had in my professional career. I'm so thankful I work at a company that values what recruiting brings to the table and invests in the people we hire!
