FLYR Labs, a company that developed a commercial operating system for the travel and transportation sector, has recently appointed Mark Treschl as its new chief customer officer. In his new position, Treshcl will work to support FLYR’s enterprise partners by leading all of FLYR’s customer success, operations and enablement efforts.
Treschl will bring three decades of expertise in improving customer experience to the role of CCO. He has held customer success positions at Verint and OpinionLab and was most recently CCO at Quantum Metric prior to joining FLYR. Treschl’s new role is effective immediately, and he will report to Alex Mans, FLYR’s founder and CEO.
Headquartered in California with offices in LA and San Francisco, FLYR develops artificial intelligence technology with the goal of helping transportation companies unlock their highest potential, the company mentioned in a release. Its platform provides customers in sectors like aviation, hospitality and cargo with data, forecasting, pricing, reporting and simulation capabilities to help inform and automate their commercial-wide functions, according to the company.
“I can’t wait to apply the knowledge and experience I’ve attained throughout my career to FLYR and its customers,” Treschl said in a statement. “FLYR has an amazing AI technology and product suite, and Alex [Mans] has built an incredibly impressive team that has made serious inroads in commercial aviation while expanding into other verticals like cargo and hotels. I can’t wait to join them on this journey to revolutionize the travel and transportation industry.”
