DNEG announced plans to acquire Prime Focus Technologies. DNEG, a visual entertainment services company, entered a deal to acquire Prime Focus Technologies, a developer of enterprise resource planning solutions for the media and entertainment industry. The transaction will add Prime Focus’ CLEAR AI software suite and artificial intelligence tech to DNEG’s platform to help customers manage content, video collaboration and automation.
