Headspace secured $47.7M. The digital mindfulness app is backed by clinical research. The Series C extension brought its total raised to over $200 million. [Crunchbase]

Grow Credit raised $2M. The minority-led company offers a platform that helps users improve their credit scores. The seed funding round included Mucker Capital, DraftKings CEO Jason Robins and NFL Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott. [LA Business Journal]
