Chrome River, the LA-based accounting software developer, raised $100 million in a series D yesterday. The funding came entirely from Great Hill Partners.

Founded in 2007, Chrome River creates software used for expense reporting and automated invoice processing. They raised $3 million in their 2012 Series B and $17 million in their 2014 Series C, bringing their total to $120 million to date.
