What's The Role About:
We are seeking a Sr. Manager eCommerce and Monetization to drive Puffco's eCommerce business. Reporting to the EVP of Digital they will be responsible for the online revenue goals, monetization, and website experience, including CRO. They will be a key contributor to go-to-market activities, working cross-functionally across Digital, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
The right candidate will be excellent in developing and fostering relationships. They will be responsible for owning our website-inclusive of the wider roadmap, site experience, revenue generating initiatives, and using data insights to drive conversion rate optimization, AOV, and ultimately sales. They should have deep DTC experience, and be detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on driving the execution of digital commerce strategies, monetization, and personalization activities.
This hybrid role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ and requires in office work 2-3 days per week.
Some things you will be responsible for:

  • Partner with EVP of Digital in developing and executing overall ecommerce strategy
  • Responsible for eCommerce revenue & demand plan alongside monthly inventory forecasting that drives to targets
  • Owns online shopping journey personalized across customer segments and product experiences; ensures an always-on, error-free user experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop comprehensive and elevated Go To Market plans, SEO, and full-funnel marketing
  • Develop and provide recommendations on catalog promotions and site merchandising to generate incremental revenues
  • Provide decision support on optimal release timing, pricing, and promotional activities for product releases
  • Day-to-day management of eCommerce platform and matrixed team of eCommerce specialists
  • Fluent in UX design and digital product management fundamentals
  • Drives A / B testing and publishes outcomes
  • Develop and track KPIs and metric reporting; assess reporting needs to enhance insight into the business and highlight areas of operational improvement
  • Assess digital customer profitability and growth opportunities on a segment-by-segment basis
  • Drives process efficiencies to maximize the net contribution of revenue and ensure clear governance and accountability across working teams


Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

  • 5+ years working in eCommerce and DTC with a fluent understanding of Shopify+
  • 2+ years in a management role working with in-house teams and external agencies
  • 2+ years working in web analytics platform, Google Analytics and Power BI experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A self-starter who is motivated and able to work independently


Some qualifications and skills that are an added bonus:

  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment
  • Prior experience in Cannabis
  • MBA
