We’re looking for a Mobile Web & Content Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you’ll critically analyze Snapchat’s online support resources, propose new innovations and improvements, and help implement new changes — allowing us to best support Snapchatters around the world! Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the Operations, Product, Content, and Engineering teams throughout the company to refine and enhance Snapchat’s online support resources.
What you’ll do:
- Identify new ways to use different types of content to best solve Snapchatters’ problems
- Critically analyze our user-facing support website to pinpoint potential opportunities for improvement and optimization in design, user experience, data collection, and more
- Coordinate with the Product, Content, Operations, and Engineering teams to forecast, test, and launch website updates smoothly
- Develop new and improved quality assurance processes
- Enhance the infrastructure and approach for support website reporting and analysis
- Use Adobe tools to perform basic video editing, as needed
- Research market leaders in customer support, recommend new innovative capabilities, and implement new support website functionalities
- Counsel cross-functional teams on new content additions and website changes, helping guide the planning and production processes
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, design, and communications
- 3+ years of UI/UX mobile development experience preferred
- Associate’s Degree or BA/BS in a related field, such as Journalism, Web Design, or Communications
- Deep knowledge of web design software and languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, PHP)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
- Someone with a deep knowledge of building and enhancing websites and online resources
- Someone with a detail-oriented personality, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
- A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
