You Will Be

• Providing strategic leadership, vision, and execution across multiple offices to continue building a people-centric organization.
• Leading the charge on employee advocacy pertaining to both people and culture initiatives at Wpromote.
• Establishing HR as a strategic resource for Wpromote executives and department managers in coordinating HR initiatives, programs, procedures, and policies.
• Assessing all current HR processes, policies, procedures, and coming up with best practices for future company growth.
• Working with company leaders to create training processes, coach management teams, and implement manager development.
• Building and scaling employee development programs.
• Working with the talent acquisition team to develop an innovative strategy and authentic employer brand to attract top talent and retain high performers.
• Managing and providing mentorship for both HR and Talent team.

You Must Have

• 7+ years in a Human Resources role with at least 2+ years in an HR Leadership role.
• Experience in a high-growth company with a strong company culture that has expanded to multiple offices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Passion for driving change while maintaining core values and culture.
• Extensive experience solving organizational problems through people related solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the benefits marketplace including differences between providers, competitive benchmarking, and market trends.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations and laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills applicable to all levels of the company.
• Working knowledge with acquisitions, mergers, and integration.
