We currently have an opening for a Vice President, Client Services. This position is in Burbank, California. 

Position Overview:
The Vice President, Client Services sets the tone for the client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to continue to build on the power of the brand by envisioning a client experience that can support the ever-changing landscape of the content we deliver. 

We are seeking a Vice President, Client Services with 15+ years of experience working with content companies (studios, networks, cable-nets, and broadcasters), distributors and video service providers (online portals, digital retailers, cable/telco/satellite operators) in a deadline-driven content rich environment. This position is the ultimate client advocate and collaborative partner to the operations side of our business. This position is based out of Burbank, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive a broad client management strategy across multiple divisions in multiple international territories. 
• Act as the main escalation point for all content delivery issues related to the customer.
• Foster deeper relationships with all content providers.
• Responsible for establishing a consistent method to measure current and forecasted operating performance across all clients.
• Advocate for, manage and develop a team of approximately 100 account coordinators, managers and directors across multiple offices.
• Drive customer service and account management training for internal staff to ensure consistency of service and continuous improvement.
• Ability to act as the internal customer advocate partnering effectively with Sales, Operations and other Account Managers.
• Design a best in class client service experience.
• Define and implement guideline standards to guarantee the delivery of excellent client service, including the ability to customize on a per client basis. 
• Work closely, when relevant, with each international location, as a subject matter expert, to implement consistent procedures and guidelines across all Deluxe offices globally.
• Lead regular monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients to review operational performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Champion and mentor the team to provide impeccable customer service.
• Continuously analyze metrics and workflows to ensure a very high level of success.
• Oversee thorough daily customer reporting.
• Act as main representative to senior management for account activity and effectiveness

Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience working with studios, networks, cable-nets, and broadcasters in a deadline-driven content environment.
• 10+ years managing client services/account management teams.
• Strong business acumen with a vision towards the future of the industry.
• Proven experience driving client management strategy across multiple entities.
• Proven experience providing the highest level of customer service with the ability to mentor team members to provide the same.
• Ability to thrive in a quick moving, startup-like environment.
• Ability to forecast.
• Results oriented
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Creative thinking ability.
• Proven track record keeping high quality standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience generating and analyzing reports for stakeholders.
