Who We’re Seeking:

You’re a brilliant User Experience designer who’s excited to make our site beautiful and seamless. You’re ready to dig into our analytics and improve our user flow to drive results. You have ample experience creating and proposing layouts, but have also worked closely with a technical team and can easily bring their developments to life. You thrive in a collaborative environment where people have diverse skill sets.

Key skills:

• Deep experience in design research, analyzing user flows, idealization, wireframing, and producing UX specifications
• Knowledge of design for accessibility and meeting standards for accessibility
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Play guidelines
• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping software such as: Axure, Omnigraffle, Flinto, Sketch, Balsamiq, Hype or Keynotopia.
• Experience conducting qualitative user research and usability testing
• Outstanding communication skills, including presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience and relevant, user-centered designs

Bonus:

• Aptitude with HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Javascript frameworks such as Backbone, jQuery and/or Angular

Our ideal candidate:

• 5+ years experience as a UX designer or interaction designer for both web and mobile applications
