About the Role

The Tradeshow Manager will be accountable for planning and executing strategic tradeshows and any other events for ServiceTitan. This role will manage various stakeholders and manage entire events end-to-end including: sponsorships, vendor and venue coordination, event logistics, budget, event timelines and event success. The ideal candidate will be an out of the box thinker with the ability to drive significant revenue and brand awareness for the company through tradeshows. They will serve as a key member of the marketing team who possesses a can do attitude in ensuring sales success for each tradeshow.

You will:

  • Define a scalable and repeatable tradeshow strategy to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Plan and manage all aspects of tradeshows including coordinating equipment, sponsorships, exhibit material, lay out, personnel, hotel arrangements, etc. for multiple tradeshows simultaneously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all department goals and timelines are achieved.
  • Own tradeshow budget and calendar, including communicating key timelines and priorities to various stakeholders on a per event basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure high quality tradeshows
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to establish the creative direction, email promotion strategy, collateral, swag, and any other materials needed
  • Work closely with the Sales team to define tradeshow success goals and report accurate sales metrics for each tradeshow

Must haves:

  • Must be extremely organized, possess amazing multi-tasking skills, and superior communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and keen on always improving processes and prospect/customer experience at tradeshows
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing requests with a results oriented attitude
  • Must feel comfortable autonomously coordinating and executing production of events and marketing-related initiatives
  • 3-5 years tradeshow management experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Ability to travel ~30%
