The Technical Support Representative provides support to users via email and live chat and acts as the main point of contact for questions ranging from “Help! I don’t how to create a password!” to “Help! I need to setup GoGuardian for my school district and don’t know where to start!” We're looking for a problem-solver who wants to delight our customers by providing accurate and efficient solutions while maintaining GoGuardian’s white-glove support experience. After comprehensive training, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our diverse customer base.
In addition to the above, you will field support chats and emails about product questions and functionality. Because you’re a go-getter, you’ll proactively look for ways to improve internal processes in an effort to increase efficiency. You’ll also assist customers with our product suite and work cross-functionally with other GoGuardian teams on solutions for our users.
We'd love to hear from you if:- You are experienced. You’ve been in a role that puts you in direct contact with customers or clients.
- You are comfortable with consistent change - agility is key!
- You are a fantastic writer with a keen eye for the nuances of the English language.
- You love and understand technology, whether it be hardware, software, or other emerging technologies.
- You are resourceful. You put Olivia Pope and MacGyver to shame because you’re always finding unique solutions to problems.
- You love to troubleshoot.
