As part of the Science 37 team, you will be responsible for cross-department communication with the software development, clinical operations, and business development teams. Your success as a Technical Project Manager will be evaluated based on your ability to manage projects and deliverables. On a day-to-day basis you will be hands on with the software development team and making sure the developers are on the right track and following our software development lifecycle. Duties & Responsibilities

• Agile software development methodology
• Weekly sprint planning sessions
• Daily stand ups with assigned development team
• Prioritize features and rollout plan/schedule
• Work closely with the developers to build out the product
• Testing and validation documentation
• Assist in leading product marketing effort
• Monitor user feedback through help desk and bug tracking tools
• Suggest new features and prioritize enhancements/bug fixes
• Coordinate requirements gathering session with business stakeholders
• Report to management on product success/failure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Life Science, focus and experience preferred
• Project Management Professional, preferred
• Scrum Master Certification, preferred
• 5+ years with project management in Agile environment
• 5+ years in mobile application project management for iPhone and/or Android
• 5+ years working with software development teams
• 3+ year in database management
• Some software development experience, preferred

Skills/Competencies

• Knowledge of project management software
• Strong communication and presentation skills - Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills - Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications. Able to generate business correspondence, create forms and generate reports as required.
• Practices professionalism and integrity in all actions – Demonstrated ability to foster concepts of teamwork, cooperation, self- control, and flexibility to get the work done. The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Able to successfully work in a decentralized team environment. Skilled in situational responsive decision-making.

Capabilities

• Up to 20% travel, as needed, for project team meetings, client presentations and other professional meetings/conferences as needed
• Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)
