You Will Be

  • Scheduling candidates for phone screens and on-site interviews
  • Handling recruitment for all interns and entry level roles across all offices Nationwide
  • Posting all new positions onto our career site, LinkedIn, College sites, etc
  • Assisting HR team with New Hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Ensuring all resumes are uploaded with notes into Jazz
  • Building a pipeline of entry-level candidates
  • Aiding in creating our new internship program
  • Completing all reference checks
  • Coordinating attendance of industry/networking events and campus recruitment events
  • Assist with updating job descriptions

You Must Have

  • 1+ year experience working within Human Resources/Recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with individuals of all levels
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be nimble to change
  • Solid knowledge with MS Office and Google for work
  • Experience with any ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Keynote is a plus
