Procore is seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join us at our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA in the Finance Department. Procore is building a best in class enterprise SAAS ecosystem to support our operations, and developing a single source of truth for Procore’s data via a data warehouse and BI tool. Together these systems will allow us to scale the business, and provide the entire company with immediate insight into data. The SI Manager will take a hands-on role in defining system requirements, evaluating vendors, project manage the implementation, and facilitate the adoption of new systems. You will also drive continuous improvements to our existing SAAS systems. This role will primarily support the Finance and People teams. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about solving problems and making continuous enhancements to our systems.

What you'll do:

• Become a technology partner with the business units and develop a deep understanding of how they are using our systems.
• Author RFP’s that document Procore’s requirements, use cases, and design specifications.
• Manage vendor demo/evaluations and make recommendations as to the best solution.
• Project manage the full lifecycle of SAAS implementations by taking the lead on project tasks, facilitating both vendor and internal communications, design, testing, and delivering the project on time and budget.
• Document business process and system architecture via diagrams or flowcharts.
• Take ownership of our systems and find ways to improve them so that our teams are more efficient.
• Be a superuser on each of our SAAS systems.
• Collaborate with the BI Team and help them to integrate systems into the data warehouse, or to other SAAS systems.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years in the field of finance or accounting
• Worked on multiple successful SAAS implementations.
• Significant experience as a system super user.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business systems, processes, and controls.
• Experience in gathering requirements and integrating new techniques into a cohesive infrastructure.
• Prior experience working for a SAAS company.
• Knowledge of Zuora, Blackline, Workday, Concur, or Salesforce is helpful.
• The ability to partner with your customers and gain their trust.
