The Honest Company has kicked off the search for a Supply Chain Manager! In this position, you’ll bring supply chain expertise and leadership to help plan and execute product operation initiatives. You will act as the liaison between operations and key cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless implementation of supply chain projects and launches.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the single point of contact and center of expertise for the total Operations department within cross functional product teams
• Develop and recommend supply chain execution strategies that execute approved project objectives
• Facilitate communication across all functions to determine desired supply chain design for new products and channels
• Communicate, support, and monitor progress across all Operations teams for all tasks needed to ensure seamless supply chain implementation
• Activate and project manage occasional Operations focused projects related to cost savings, vendor changes, dual sourcing, etc.
• Facilitate project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain teams

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, product supply or other related field
• Broad understanding of end to end supply chain processes
• Knowledge of CPG or manufacturing industries
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence
