Company: Santa Monica-based tech startup Porter is an online, consumer marketplace for in-home services (e.g. house cleaning and laundry).

2 Month Contract-to-hire Internship

Compensation: $2k/month stipend + weekly Dry Cleaning / Laundry / House Cleaning / Dog Walking + (most importantly) full-time role in month 3

Requirements:
Microsoft Excel data sorting
1+ year professional experience
Customer Service phone etiquette
Excellent Writer
Capable of managing multiple projects
Self-starter, very vocal, and creative (in many ways, including problem solving)

The core focuses will be: 
1. Hiring, Scheduling, and Managing House Cleaning Professionals (you will be a manager on day 1!)
2. Customer Service - texts, emails, and phone calls with customers

You will see a lot, learn our business and the industry, work with the 2 co-founders, and have 8 weeks to prove yourself an indispensible asset to the company. NOTE: we are only hiring 1 person - because it is important to us that you are able to grow into new and bigger roles as the company expands and hires new operational talent.
