• Assist with preparation of our monthly and yearly financial statements, including preparation of journal entries, reconciling accounts, preparing supporting schedules for income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
• Assist with revenue recognition, deferred revenue and calculation of revenue share across multiple streams
• Work with our operations team to help create process efficiencies and understand workflow
• Assist with the accounts payable processing of receiving invoices, properly classifying expenses, remitting payments to vendors, maintaining and organizing AP files
• Assist with the calculation and filing of sales tax for various tax authorities
• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations and create cash reports for management as necessary
• Assist with any other ad hoc analysis or reports as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting
• Familiarity with US GAAP
• Background and proficiency with Excel, (including VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• A pro-active, self-directed mindset with the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and operate with a sense of urgency
