• Create engaging products and experiences within our digital marketplace platform to make the discovery and purchasing experience seamless and intuitive.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to problem-solve, create and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Be the creative force behind the brand. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve brand direction, producing any brand or marketing related materials.
• Develop initial, low-fidelity visual designs for prototypes, as well as information and content strategy that includes graphical representations of quantitative data or other information elements.
• Construct quick interactive prototypes that illustrate your UX/UI design to represent a realistic feel of the intended experience and allow you to receive feedback during user & usability testing.
• Conduct user research through interviews, concept testing and user testing to receive feedback. Gather insights from research to develop choices around product experience and user interfaces that solve customer pain points and challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Execute all visual interface design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering with knowledge of UI best practices, trends and interactions.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to product, engineering, and key stakeholders. Articulate logic behind design decisions, the benefits and tradeoffs.

• 3-5+ Years of Professional Experience working within both waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Expertise in building interactive prototypes to illustrate your own UX & UI design for web sites and mobile apps using modern technologies: from quick prototyping tools
•  Fluency with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or any other wire-framing tools
•  Fluency in prototyping tools, process tools for design deliverable hand-offs such as Invision, Zeplin, etc.
•  Knowledge of iOs and android processes, standards and technologies. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript technologies 
•  Knowledge of Microsoft applications
•  Experience creating UX products for desktop and mobile platforms. Strong knowledge in responsive design practices and execution
•  Knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles and techniques, UX design best practices, standards and methodologies
•  Awareness of and passion for the latest UI trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
•  Advanced skill with information architecture, workflows, concept development and interaction design
•  Analytical evaluation of existing user experiences and identification reports on areas for improvement
•  Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions
•  Working within multidisciplinary teams of product managers, marketing teams, engineers and management level stakeholders in the company
•  Experience working directly with developers and product managers for the implementation of designs
•  Ability to both lead and execute all design efforts
•  Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
•  Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
•  Organizational skills, self motivation and resourcefulness
