ROLE SUMMARY:
Dollar Shave Club (DSC) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager with a “ get it done right” attitude to join its Program Management Office (PMO). You are a driver – a real go-getter who gets excited about traditional project management and cross-functional coordination through a brand and product development lens. By stewarding projects through the product lifecycle, you will be instrumental in facilitating and stewarding the development of world-class men’s grooming products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the PMO’s physical product liaison to manage up and across the organization to drive project plans and mitigate risks while maintaining relationships
• Steward the full work cycle of DSC’s physical product projects from ideation and production to launch on our digital storefront
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, track progress and enforce accountability
• Support and champion PMO process initiatives to drive efficiencies across the organization

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of Project Management experience with manufacturing/operations of consumer goods
• Working knowledge of General Manufacturer Procedures (GMP)
• Extensive experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Extensive experience with project management tools such as Basecamp, Microsoft Office and Trello
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple long-lead projects
• Strong communication & problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive apps
• Previous “start up” experience
