Why is the Customer Service team important to Beachbody?

Our Customer Service team acts as the voice and ears of the company. It includes Coach Relations, Diamond Line (our top-tier Coach help line), Beachbody LIVE (certifications) and Escalations. This all-important team has over 200 dedicated people working to resolve a myriad of product-related issues.   

 

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Senior Director of Top Customer & Network Servicing/Engagement?

  • Act as the relationship lead and “voice of the customer” for servicing and engagement of our 400,000 Coaches (independent distributers of Beachbody products) in partnership with our Team Beachbody Network Marketing and Sales teams
  • Identify and appropriately offer relevant products and services to maximize lifetime value
  • Identify and champion fixes for the key pain points of our Coaches in order to deliver an exceptional experience. This includes monitoring the private Facebook pages / social media posts and respond appropriately
  • Create and implement the strategy of premium servicing for our top coaches
  • Assist in the expansion of our coach network outside of the US and Canada to new international markets

We’d love to chat if you have...

  • Experience leading a large Customer Service organization that operates through voice, chat, email, and social media channels. 10 plus years overall Customer Service experience.
  • Experience managing teams using data and analytics with a proven track record of increasing CSAT & NPS scores
  • Prior experience leading a Customer Service team at a Multilevel Marketing company
  • The ability to interact with C-Level leaders as the main Customer Service liaison.
  • Bachelors Degree, a passion for driving an exceptional customer experience and an orientation towards health and fitness are required.
