As a solutions consulting manager, you will be a "player/coach" within the solution consulting organization. You will also directly work deals as the organization ramps up. In working deals, you will work closely with sales executives and prospects to evangelize the tangible value of MomentFeed and the MomentFeed products. A background in SEO, mobile marketing and/or social media marketing is highly desirable since you will be engaging in discussions with our prospects’ digital media experts.

YOU WILL

• Assign solution consultants to appropriate opportunities.
• Assist sales in strategizing and executing on key significant opportunities.
• Create an ongoing education plan for solution consultants.
• Work with prospects (including heads of Digital Marketing and CMOs) to fully understand the problems they are trying to address as well as the ones they don’t know they have.
• In conjunction with your MomentFeed team, you will craft the solution and messaging for the prospect.
• Present the solution and its corresponding value to the prospect via product demonstrations.
• Work together with the professional services and client success teams to articulate customer requirements to insure a successful implementation.
• Collaborate with product development to suggest and design desired new functionality.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Management experience leading successful teams
• Previously worked as a solution consultant. Previously managing a solution consulting team is a big plus.

• An understanding of social media, mobile marketing, the mobile advertising ecosystem, and/or search engine optimization best practices. Direct hands on experience in any of these areas is a huge plus for you.

• Experience with enterprise sized deals that has given you the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with prospect individuals in different disciplines at all levels in the
• An inquisitive nature and perseverance to find creative solutions to challenging prospect problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to tailor the message, whether talking to a C level individual or anyone else at any other level in the organization.
• The ability to work with multiple prospect opportunities at any given time and properly prioritize/handle all the corresponding demands.
• A BA or BS degree.
• The ability to commute to the Santa Monica office on a daily basis.
