The Marketing Team is seeking a Social Media Manager with experience growing a B2B audience in order to further customer acquisition and grow our brand awareness. We’re looking for a creative, strategic team player who enjoys setting benchmarks and achieving goals. The ideal candidate will not only be able to create content but also analyze data insights to help grow our audience. Applicants should be well versed in social content creation, strategy, and tactics, have a deep understanding of data, be up-to-date on new trends and technologies, and have a creative editorial eye with a focus on increased engagement and conversion.

You will:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of content creation and curation by developing an engaging and effective social media strategy that will grow our channels organically
  • Write copy, find or create imagery and graphics, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Work alongside our video and graphics team to create and manage a vast array of social media visual content
  • Find and maintain organic relationships with influencers in our space and other platform managers to develop partnership opportunities
  • Respond to comments and messages and in addition engage our audience further by driving the conversation in the comments
  • Establish, track, and report on KPI’s for all social media channels
  • Conduct data-driven tests of new content, strategies, and campaigns and continuously optimize on these tests
  • Investigate, recommend, and implement new applications, tools, channels, etc. to improve ServiceTitan’s social media reach

Must haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience creating social media content, preferably for a B2B audience
  • Sound editorial judgement, strong copywriting skills, and impeccable organization
  • An analytical and goal-oriented mindset with an eye for seeking out continuous improvements
  • Strong knowledge of social analytics tools, social scheduling, and data insights.
  • Proven experience hitting key social metrics, including audience growth and engagements
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or another similar field
