As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will use your skills to:- Define project requirements, resources and plan the project lifecycle
- Lead technical decisions and drive software engineering best practices
- Manage client relationship and effectively communicate technical specifications with both business and technical partners
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, architects, data scientists and quality assurance to lead projects through design and delivery
- Serve as high-level product owner and delegate internal and external resources
- Efficiently identify and resolve project issues and mitigate project risk
- 5+ years of experience leading teams to design scalable software
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in web-related technical program management
- Experience in a modern DevOps environment working with Open Source technologies
- Experience with tools like AWS and Docker
- Ability to take large projects and break them down into manageable sections, develop functional specifications, then execute them on time and budget
- Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, exemplifying a high level of excellence and focus
