Mediamorph has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering project implementations of our cloud-based services and products for broadcasters, cable networks, digital media and Internet providers.  Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you will work with a development and operations team on will be responsible for all project management activities, customer communication and project deliverables for assigned customer implementations.  This is an opportunity for you to apply your hard-earned skills in a rewards-driven environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Requirements Analysis and Documentation – work with our customers to develop functional requirements and map these to specific technical requirements for customization, integration or configuration
• Program Management – develop and set up the processes for good program management including change control, reporting, governance processes
• Project Management – create and maintain project plan to the task level working with all major stakeholders
• Day to day project management and reporting – track tasks with the remote development team on a daily basis and provide project progress reporting
• Change Management – directly drive the change management with the customer, performing training, process redesign and direct support
• Risk Management – identify developing risks and manage to resolution

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience  in computer operations, system analysis, programming, project implementations or technical management
• 5+ years of past experience managing or working on technical implementation projects from either a management consultancy  
• Demonstrated experience in custom and packaged software development, preferably in the media and entertainment or interactive industries.
• Experience managing software development projects with budgets in the $250,000 to $1,000,000 USD range with 2-10 persons.
• History of on-time, on-budget delivery
• Strong project management skills and deep knowledge of software development
• PMP certification is preferred.  
• Must be a strong communicator to technical and non-technical audiences including developers, customers, business analysts, designers.
