Why is the Creative team important to Beachbody?

The Beachbody Creative Team is comprised of agency-level talent and responsible for the look and feel of our growing product portfolio. This dynamic team is responsible for logo and packaging design, copy and content creation, digital design across social media and our online ecommerce portals, and all creative collateral that bring our products to life.  

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Senior Project Manager?

• Facilitating the finalization of scope and stakeholder requirements across high profile launches; creating and maintaining highly-detailed milestone schedules
• Defining and tracking against schedules, establishing stakeholder alignment, and addressing obstacles while working with ease across varying business lines and cross-divisional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of projects
• Excel at critical analysis and risk assessment; offer a solution-oriented approach to daily challenges
• Remain highly organized, detail oriented and obsessive about quality assurance while managing a myriad of highly detailed project management tasks.
• Navigate and drive consensus within a context of political sensitivity and competing interests to maintain a clear understanding of the creative strategy on all assigned projects

We’d love to chat if you have…

• 5+ years of digital & print project management experience at an agency or consumer products company
• Possess general knowledge of retouching, web design, and packaging processes with superb follow-up skills, ability to identify blockers and proactively address them
• Knowledge of Innotas, Smartsheet, Trello, Google Docs, JIRA, Proof HQ, and Photoshop highly preferred with expert knowledge of MS Office and basic image editing skills
• Represent Creative Services at stakeholder meetings to ensure that priorities are communicated and understood, and that progress/delays/issues are reported effectively
• Maintain a clear understanding of the creative strategy on all assigned projects
• Possess general knowledge of social media, banners ads, mobile apps, responsive design, print production, mechanicals, and emerging technology
