We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help push our Mobile and Interactive products forward and outward into new market.

After more than 5 years managing products at mid-to-large-size companies, you’re not just a stellar product manager, but also an experienced and capable leader. You're excited for the opportunity to make a big difference at a rapidly expanding business. You’ll be managing products, people, and cross-functional efforts, so you know that clear communication and excellent documentation are absolutely critical. Agile and Lean approaches to product development and org design make you happy, and you have proven experience getting the most out of these methodologies. You not only have strong technical skills and interest in new technologies (we work in Swift and React), but experience and aptitude in product/UX design. You understand people, not just deliverables.

What You'll Do

This senior role requires at least 5 years managing digital products, preferably at mid-to-large-size companies. We’re just moving into mobile, so you’ll be a huge part of defining our vision and directing our efforts.

  • Create ruthless alignment between our goals and our work
  • Manage our immensely talented product team and help guide their efforts
  • Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams
  • Work with leadership to develop an overarching product vision
  • Gather, define, and document product requirements impeccably… and keep those requirements up to date
  • Evaluate requests in terms of cost/benefit and capacity planning. Drive data-driven decisions. Appreciate alliteration.
  • Communicate clearly and plan practically. Keep all stakeholders, execs, and practitioners involved and on the same page.
  • Prototype rapidly, test relentlessly, iterate constantly
  • Have fun, be passionate, and have fun. Yes, twice.
