ZEFR is growing! We are hiring a Senior Manager to join our Client Solutions team in Venice, CA! We are looking for a creative problem-solver and experienced leader to help optimize internal processes and video review team efficiencies that support our digital rights management partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with the Product, Business Intelligence and Account Management teams to drive initiatives that align our internal efforts with client goals to maximize the value of user-generated content. This role involves hands on development of managers and regularly diagnosing problems and strategizing solutions through a robust understanding of the products and resources at ZEFR.

Here's what you'll do:

• Manage and proactively develop a team of 3-5 managers to ensure growth in leadership, analytical thinking, execution and communication skills
• Innovate and lead initiatives to optimize workflows with a strong focus on reducing costs and driving revenue
• Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Operations and Business Intelligence teams to effectively deliver upon partner SLA's surrounding video monetization, content protection and UGC insights
• Analyze and synthesize project outcomes communicating actionable solutions to Client Solutions Executives and stakeholders
• Brainstorm, theorize, and assist in the validation of productized solutions with the Product team
• Evaluate and strategize opportunity in new DRM deals with the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships teams
• Occasionally join current or potential client calls, participating in discussion of best practices, team operations and ZEFR digital rights technology

Here's what we're looking for:

• 3-5 years in the Digital Rights Management, Online Video, Entertainment or related space
• Experience with YouTube's Content Manager (CMS) and Analytics as well as Facebook's Rights Manager, Publishing Tools and Insights
• Passionate about people management and problem-solving
• Deep experience leading teams and helping them work more efficiently
• Expert at diagnosing root causes of problems, developing effective recommendations, and presenting findings in a tight, digestible narrative
• A proven track record for creating and rebuilding processes whenever needed
• YouTube Advanced Digital Rights Certification preferred
• Ability to learn and adopt new technology, software and platforms a must
• Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, Google Docs, Confluence, Jira a plus
