Role Summary:

DogVacay seeks passionate experienced Seasonal Customer Care Associates to help us through our busy season. Our Customer Care Associates are the front-line of support for our Community and Guests, providing world class support via email and phone as a team together in our office located in Santa Monica. You will help support and educate our community of Hosts and Guests every step of the way and be an advocate and a champion for the company on every single interaction within our community.

Requirements:

• BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day a week and holidays
• Proficient with all things Apple 
• Superior writing skills
• Able to commute to our office daily
• Ability to take complex ideas and processes and simplify them into clear concise thoughts
• BONUS: 2+ years of Customer Service in a call center or customer service setting; vet office, vet tech, pet adoption, dog training backgrounds or any past work with animals are a BIG PLUS

Responsibilities: 

• Provide superior customer care to our Host and Guest community
• Communicating with guests and hosts via phone and email on a daily basis
• Working with management to identify more efficient processes
• Working with management to streamline product idea and upward communication from our community
• Strive to hit key metrics which include call handle time, a high customer satisfaction score, and correct contact reporting.
