About the opportunity: 

ServiceTitan is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic startup in Glendale, CA. This position will report to the Manager of Sales Operations, and will enjoy having a high impact to a rapidly growing tech startup. ServiceTitan is a SaaS company providing a business management software solution to the Home Services vertical. The applicant will be a passionate, hard-working finance professional with proven technical skills in financial planning and analysis, strong accounting background, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce reporting infrastructure that helps derive valuable, actionable insights on the sales funnel
  • Allocate leads to Sales Development Representatives based on account priority and segmentation
  • Ensure that all accounts are appropriately tagged with campaigns for reporting purposes
  • Ensure that all information solicited in the sales funnel meets data governance requirements and conduct routine data governance compliance reports
  • Create and analyze KPI reports that convey the current health of the sales funnel, including making recommendations on new opportunities and suggestions on how to remediate issues
  • Evaluating processes to drive efficiencies in the sales funnel
Position requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance
  • One to three years’ experience developing reports and workflows in Salesforce
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in SaaS or Start-up environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
