Research Solutions Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Market Research, Research Solutions Project Manager to join our growing team. This integral position will be responsible for managing our research solutions projects and will be the primary client day to day contact on these projects. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with a proven track record of success in marketing research, project management and client service. For the past few years, ProdegeMR has seen transformative growth and is now building the team to continue to foster client success and further escalate our growth trajectory.
Additionally, the Research Solutions Project Manager will:
- Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity
- Provide a high level of client service, ensuring client objectives are met and providing strategic optimization recommendations where appropriate
- Manage all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team-members and any external partners through all critical project phases including;
- Bidding – Feasibility and cost assessment
- Questionnaire ‘logic & content’ review
- Survey scripting
- Sample & quota design
- Survey program testing
- Fieldwork launch and data checks
- Fieldwork monitoring
- Fieldwork close
- Data Processing delivery (ensuring accuracy)
- Invoicing
- Project debriefs
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide viable solutions
- Manage and maintain quality, project timelines and budget/margins
- Work closely with the sales team and effectively communicate status and issues to team members and other project stake holders
- Manage third party vendors which includes soliciting and assessing bids, providing guidance to the survey programmer, ensuring deliverability, troubleshooting and developing strategic partnerships
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years of market research experience, ideally within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing research projects from inception to completion
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communications skills
- Highly organized
- Strong follow-through skills
- Sound critical-thinking abilities
- Well-developed time management and multitasking skills
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
- Strong analytic aptitude and results oriented with great attention to detail
- Must enjoy working in a team environment with a dispersed team
- Proficiency with Word & Excel
- Familiarity with CRM based solutions is a plus (i.e NetSuite,Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc)
- Familiarity with survey scripting and data reporting platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Beacon, Confirmit, Dimensions, etc.) is desired. Ability to script surveys in these platforms is a plus
