We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to help us build the team who will take MeUndies to the next level. You will be one of the only full-cycle recruiters on our team, and an extremely high-impact and important part of our business. DAY TO DAY
- Work with hiring managers to identify their team’s needs, and to source, attract, hire, and onboard the absolute best talent
- Personally handle full lifecycle recruitment for all key positions across the company.
- Provide oversight and support to the recruiting team on all corporate, fulfillment, campus and retail recruiting, including internship program management.
- Help create and maintain and incredible candidate experience
- Build on our existing recruiting and hiring structure to maintain best practices and elevate our ability to hire the best people
- Manage relationships with placement agencies and retained search firms.
- Keep everybody engaged in the recruiting process and jazzed about building an incredible team!
YOU
- Have 2-5 years of experience in a recruiting role -- ideally at a fast growing startup or consumer brand
- Are super organized, and are extremely proactive; you never have to be asked twice to follow up on something, and nothing ever slips through the cracks.
- Are a sourcing wizard -- your response rate is off the charts, and you're able to effectively vet candidates across a number of different practice areas,
- Know the difference between a good, bad, and extraordinary candidate experience -- and how to execute on it.
- Have massive hustle -- you live and breathe recruiting! Sourcing, interviewing, closing... nothing gets your blood pumping faster.
- Have a demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and extremely sound judgement.
- Are compassionate, and genuinely care about people.
- Have amazing communication skills.
- Love the MeUndies brand, and believe in what we’re trying to accomplish.
