Recruitment Coordinator – Contract 

Amobee’s Talent Acquisition team is responsible for developing strategies to hire exceptionally talented people. This includes providing both candidates and internal stakeholders with enticing and compelling experiences during the recruiting and hiring process. We're focused on building a scalable operation while working closely with management to develop creative, innovative solutions that support the company's growth.

The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract to Hire)
Talent Acquisition plays an essential role in fueling Amobee’s growth with extraordinary talent in North America. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting function by providing administrative support wherever needed.  It is a great opportunity to learn Talent Acquisition from the ground up, and gain exposure to the full candidate recruitment lifecycle workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy interview scheduling, reference checking, and coordination of background checks.
  • Development of offer letter documents, and coordination of new hire on-boarding schedule.
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening and closing requisitions, dispositioning of candidates, and generating a wide variety of reports
  • Assistance with candidate sourcing and screening on selected positions
  • Participate in college intern recruitment or job fairs as needed
  • Consistent communication with candidates, internal stakeholders and outside vendors
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure you have intimate knowledge of

all job requisitions in the pipeline

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree with strong academic record.
  • 1+ years staffing administration experience in an agency, or corporate environment.
  • Interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and hungry to learn and develop
  • Exceptional customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond in providing a valuable experience to all internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
  • Proficiency with Google Apps Suite
  • Proficiency MS Office Suite
