Procore is hiring a Recruiter to partner with our Customer Success team and drive their growth in 2017! This is an opportunity to join a hyper growth SaaS start up in the construction technology space and work in an established, ever-evolving recruiting organization. In order to be successful, candidates must have previous experience recruiting with or for SaaS companies with a working knowledge of Customer Success, Customer Support, and/or the Account Management function. You’ll be comfortable leveraging teammate’s expertise and working in a light speed environment (fast paced will seem slow at Procore). Recruiting at Procore is a trusted group of advisors and consultants that execute with precision.

This position is based in our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities include:

• Full lifecycle recruiting duties for our Customer Success department - including Customer Support, Strategic Advisors, Management, Customer Success Managers, and more
• Recruiting for a diverse team across all of Procore’s existing offices as well as remote hires and supporting the development of any new offices
• Developing and evolving our interview processes to ensure quality hires and a consistent pipeline of available candidates
• Working with Recruiting leadership to forecast hires, manage headcount requests, and provide reports as needed
• Staying abreast of talent market trends, changes within the technology industry, and actioning as appropriate
• Partnering with Campus Recruiting, Talent Marketing, Sourcers, and peers to creatively source and build out a highly skilled talent pool for our Customer Success Organization
• Implement company wide initiatives as needed with regards to interviewing, recruiting, or candidate experience, etc.
• Building a partnership with all hiring managers and leadership within your assigned organization

Past performance:

• Passionate about recruiting for client facing roles in diverse talent markets within the SaaS space
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting (source to close), ideally with or for SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability in leveraging resources from peers to accomplish headcount goals
• Previously used, maintained, or worked with an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
• Holistic view of recruiting; understands how candidate experience, hiring manager partnerships, data, research, and creative problem solving can come together for success
