As a Recruiter at SteelHouse, you’ll be responsible for hiring the people who will help grow and shape our company. You’re beyond excited to find the best and brightest candidates and give them an amazing SteelHouse experience. You’re a creative thinker with sound analytical skills that’s been told by many candidates and hiring managers alike how you’ve changed their lives for the better!
You will:
- Lead the full recruiting cycle for open positions across departments
- Source candidates and get them excited about SteelHouse
- Ensure all candidates and hiring managers alike have an amazing interview experience
- Establish critical hiring criteria and write briefs with pros, cons and recommendations around candidates in-process
- Track, maintain and improve recruitment metrics
You have:
- Experience, 3+ years in recruiting roles in media, tech or advertising
- A proven ability to hire employees from entry level to director level
- A deep understanding of networking tools with solid industry relationships
- A proven track record with closing meaningful candidates
- Passion around making sure all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to make things happen in an energetic environment
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (like Greenhouse)
