Velocify is looking for a versatile recruiter who relishes working in fast-paced, small-to-medium sized technology companies. We have openings at various levels and across all functions, so this is a role for someone who enjoys variety and doesn’t like repeatedly recruiting for the same position.  Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Engineering are some of our key areas of focus.

Velocify’s software helps sales teams sell more effectively.  Our SaaS-based platform streamlines and optimizes the sales process from start to finish; we help rainmakers make it rain!  Named one of the best sales software products to use in 2017, we’re setting the standard in the exploding market of sales acceleration. 

What you’ll do (from our gorgeous El Segundo office):

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers and high-fiving new hires on their first day
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Write captivating job postings and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates
  • Use creative sourcing techniques to find those elusive purple squirrels
  • Provide great service to candidates and hiring managers; you want to make interviewing fun and effective
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles

 What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology space
  • Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience sourcing candidates (not just on LinkedIn)
  • Passionate about recruiting with an “own it” attitude; people can depend on you to get the job done
  • Super organized and you believe that details matter
  • Enthusiastic, likes-to-have-fun kind of a person and embraces humor
  • Flexibility - you’re able to go with the flow and quickly change priorities when needed
