Responsibilities:- Create progressive solutions to solve complex test automation challenges
- Collaborate with the engineering team to apply development and QA Best Practices and actively look for process improvement opportunities
- Detect application failures and abnormalities and clearly communicate any issues or inconsistencies
- Execute tests manually or through test tools
- Ensure data integrity standards are met and establish benchmarks for application efficiency and response times
- Conduct and document testing for upgrades, enhancements, and new applications
- Define, track, and analyze all QA metrics
- Work in a fast paced environment and find the right balance between delivering quality products and aggressive release cycles
- BS/MS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of QA Test experience for web and mobile applications
- Highly detail oriented and well organized
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, and Continuous Deployment practices, tools and trends
- Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance
- Ability to review and interpret business requirements and translate them into test procedures
- Ability to identify small inconsistencies throughout a complex system
- Must be self-motivated and take initiative in performing tasks and growing skills and knowledge
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users
