FabFitFun is looking for a skillful and determined QA Engineer to join our thriving West Hollywood Office! As the first QA hire, we're looking for someone who can work under minimal supervision, define test cases, test procedures, automations, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Service. You must have both manual and automated testing experience. You should feel comfortable wearing many hats as the QA, QC, and Release Manager. You will bring your past experience and best practices to effectively manage and develop the QA process. You will be responsible for overall quality across all software products.

What you'll Do:

Lead QA for feature and product teams
Drive bug prioritization and work cross-functionally with engineering, design and product
Test planning and assistance in automation of test cases
Evaluate existing tools and identify areas to incorporate new tools into the testing process
Work closely with Customer Support and other internal teams to document bugs
Provide technical support to internal team members

What You'll Bring:

BA/BS in computer science or any related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of QA experience working for web-based company
3+ years of experience with both White-box and Black-box testing
Experience working in a distributed team environment (both in-house and remote)
Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development)
Someone who can work with stakeholders to develop appropriate testing methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Extremely self-motivated; able to identify opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external direction
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing atmosphere
