Acorns is seeking part-time Customer Support to build and maintain customers’ trust in Acorns as a revolutionary investing service.

Through your product know-how and brilliant customer service, you’ll help our users navigate through timely technical resolutions, product features, and best practices.

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service as the point of user contact for all inquires, concerns, and product requests via phone and email
• Educate and assist new Acorns customers through onboarding and account approval process
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a thoughtful and efficient manner
• Identify and escalate customer and product issues appropriately

Job Requirements:

• Must be available to work 20 hours per week, with flexible hours including nights and weekends
• 0-2 years of account management/customer service experience
• A passion for Acorns and a desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers
• Strong relationship building skills with a commitment to service and delivery
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Masterful problem solving skills – identifying customer need and providing thoughtful solutions
• Exceptional customer-focused instincts with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues
• High degree of professionalism and poise
• Meticulous to a fault with a proven ability to multi- task
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Spanish proficiency a plus
