You are an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master who is passionate about supporting multiple projects across our completely distributed workforce. You will drive the Agile methodology focused on predictive, quality delivery and driving projects forward for the team. You will ensure team productivity by removing blockers that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s goals and by exhibiting flexibility to rapidly respond to changes within the organization. Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager/scrum master for People, Finance & Legal teams
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Integrate Agile principles into team practices and work products in support of us achieving our company goals
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Implement operational aspects of project in addition to managing overall project
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Train or act as a mentor/coach to teach others the Agile method across the organization
• Introduce new and advanced practices to improve the team and their delivery

What does it take to succeed?

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 Years of Agile experience required; 5+ Years of Agile experience preferred
• Proven experience supporting People, Finance and Legal teams
• Experience using Trello or similar PM tools
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience in high growth startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker, problem solver and a highly organized task master
• A collaborative and flexible style, with a passion for change and continuous improvement
