Programs Scheduler
Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas, Westlake Village and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the art.
Essential Duties:
Support the creation of schedules capturing project tasks, predecessor/successor relationships, and resource loading
Develop schedules utilizing best practices, such as DCMA 14 Point Health Metrics
Work with project leads to capture and report project status
Generate periodic schedule-based reports, such as critical and driving path assessments, labor forecasts, and what-if scenarios
Support planning efforts for new projects, including scope decomposition for detailed discrete tasks
Support variance reporting
Required Skills:
Minimum one (1) year scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
Competency with Microsoft Project
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Prefer experience supporting earned value reporting
Prefer experience supporting contracts with US Government customers
Prefer experience with Milestones Pro scheduling software
Prefer experience with JIRA or other workflow management
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Math, Science, Engineering, or related field
Special Requirements:
U.S. citizenship
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $109,695 - $137,145 + bonus + benefits.
